Use of the d33 Platform is permitted only to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement with no exceptions.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual, and not on behalf of any commercial entity for the purposes of re-selling access or arbitrage.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of d33 or any of its affiliated technology or gaming providers.

d33 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. Where verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, the account will be suspended pending resolution. Any winnings accrued on an account that is subsequently found to belong to an underage player will be forfeited in full and the account permanently closed.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on the d33 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must notify d33 promptly of any changes via [email protected]. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. d33 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account credentials where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect them.

• Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on other platforms.
• Log out of your account after each session on shared devices.

All financial transactions on the d33 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and are displayed at the point of deposit. d33 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that is registered in your own name. d33 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified in the help section. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met in full.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 (subject to change — check the withdrawal page for current limits).
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours during BST operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days.
• d33 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.

All bets placed on the d33 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport or game in question. These rules are accessible within each betting market and game lobby. By placing a bet or initiating a game round, you agree to the applicable game rules in addition to these general Terms.

Sports Betting: Odds are displayed in decimal format. Bets are void if a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed within the timeframe specified by d33's settlement rules. In-play bets are settled based on the official result at the time of settlement. d33 reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts on any market at its discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the d33 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt conduct in relation to any sporting event offered on the Platform.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that is in violation of applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonus offers or circumvent account restrictions.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Allowing or facilitating access by an underage person to your account.

d33 actively monitors accounts for irregular patterns. Where suspicious activity is detected, the account may be suspended pending investigation without prior notice. d33's determination in such matters is final.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable period.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months with a zero account balance.

Where an account is closed by d33 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining bonus balance and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the breach.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, d33 and its affiliated entities, directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform's services, whether planned or unplanned.

• Loss of data, winnings, or account content resulting from technical failures beyond d33's reasonable control.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers that affect the processing of your deposit or withdrawal.

d33 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk and are responsible for maintaining adequate security on your own devices.

All content on the d33 Platform, including but not limited to the d33 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game assets provided by third-party providers, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the intellectual property of d33 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from d33.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use the d33 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any way that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written permission.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. d33 is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly and efficiently.
